The University of Washington Bothell (UWB) announces its first Independent Film Festival. Sponsored by the Indigenous Media and Film class, the festival will present an excellent line-up of independent films, showcasing a variety of perspectives from communities in the Puget Sound region.
Films will be presented with discussions with the directors to follow.
All screenings are free with a donation of canned or other non-perishable food item suggested (proceeds to benefit Northwest Harvest). The public is invited. Festival Schedule:

3:15 p.m.: White Shamans and Plastic Medicine Men
4:30 p.m.: Reclaiming Our Children: A Story of the Indian Child Welfare Act
5:15 p.m.: Signs of the Time: A documentary on homelessness across America
Thursday, December 4
3 p.m.: Soldiers of Necker
5:15 p.m.: The Corporal’s Diary
