City of Bothell presents the fifth annual RiverFest
event Sunday, Aug. 29, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
in downtown Bothell. Celebrate the end of summer
with fun, food, and entertainment for all.
Scheduled activities include (subject to change):
- 7 to 10 a.m.: Summits of Bothell: One S.O.B.
of a Bike Ride sponsored by Bothell Ski &
Bike and Seattle Home Appliance - Bothell.
This 35-mile bike ride takes riders on the
seven hills in Bothell including Beckstrom,
Bloomberg, Brickyard, Finn, Nike, Norway, and
Westhill. Registration is $20 and includes a
t-shirt and rest stops; registration forms are
available at www.ci.bothell. wa.us. (Ride starts
and finishes at the University of Washington,
Bothell, campus located at 18115 Campus Way
NE.)
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Tires & Tunes Car
Show sponsored by Biddle Chevrolet (Main Street)
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. City of Bothell Show
& Tell, a City and local resource fair,
plus City vehicles on display (City Hall,18305
101st Ave. NE)
- 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Greater Bothell Chamber
of Commerce Public Market & Garage Sale
(NE 183rd Street and 101st Avenue NE)
- 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Inflatable toys for
kids (City of Bothell Police Department parking
lot, 18410 101st Ave. NE)
- 1 to 3 p.m.: Johnny Limbo & the Lugnuts,
performing classic hits from the ’50s
and ’60s with tributes to the Supremes
and more (101st Avenue NE).
All RiverFest events are free unless otherwise
noted and are funded by the City of Bothell
