Northshore YMCA is offering a wellness class designed
especially for kids. Meet new friends, learn new
skills and have fun.
Join Health Smart and learn about good food
choices, physical activity, managing stress,
and healthy habits.
Meet at the Northshore YMCA Thursdays: Tweens
(age 9-11) from 4:30-5:30 p.m.; and teens (ages
12-14) from 6-7 p.m. starting Sept. 9 through
Oct. 28.
Cost is $25 and includes a workbook, certificate,
and prizes.
