Brenda Sudan and Steven Allen exchanged vows in
a marriage ceremony held Aug. 17 in Woodinville.
The Rev. Paul Forman, pastor of Northshore United
Church of Christ, conducted the wedding service
while fellow tent-city dwellers and several church
members looked on. There was a small reception
following the ceremony.
