Edmund Drayton Wilsbach

Edmund Drayton Wilsbach

Edmund Drayton Wilsbach of Snohomish died at home Aug. 11, 2004, at the age of 61 following a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Ann; daughter, Jessica Perry and husband, John, of Millis, Mass.; sons, Joshua Wilsbach and wife Trish of Sultan, Christopher Bonadies and his wife Anna of Newcastle, Scott Bonadies of Woodinville, Brett Bonadies of Redmond; grandchildren, Anthony Bonadies, Trenten Wilsbach, and Carson Perry; father, John Wilsbach; brothers, Jay, Bill, and Joseph Wilsbach; sisters, Mary Kay Wilsbach and Helena Nesbitt; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wilsbach was born Sept. 16, 1942, in Augusta, Ga., and spent most of his life on the East Coast.

Thirteen years ago, he began commuting from Connecticut to work for Mosaix, a Redmond-based company. He fell in love with the beauty of the Northwest and the warmth of the people and moved here with his family in 1995.

Six years ago, he founded Casa Bonita, a family-run home services business. He was a true leader and a man of uncompromising integrity. His greatest pleasure was mentoring. He had a wonderful sense of humor, loved telling stories and spending time on his boat.

Family and friends gathered in Bellevue Aug. 15 for a memorial service.

Donations may be made on his behalf to the Cascade Cancer Center, 12303 NE 130th Lane, Ste. 120, Kirkland, WA 98034.
