| Chelsey
Seefeld, of Woodinville, and Alex Acacio, of
Bothell, were selected to attend a Girl Scout
STUDIO 2Bndestination event this summer. The
two attended Midwest Madness in Wisconsin and
Minnesota.
A member of Girl Scout Troop #474, Seefeld
is an eighth grader. She enjoys competitive
swimming and soccer, is active in drama and
plays flute. She is also an avid canoer, having
participated in the skill-progression Canoe
Our Waters Girl Scout program.
Acacio is also a member of Girl Scout Troop
#474 and will be an eighth grader this fall.
She plays soccer and softball and volunteers
with the Kid’s Club at church. Acacio
chose this adventure because she wants to learn
about other places by actually visiting, rather
than reading about it from a book.
