| John
Heinrich Janssen, 46, of Woodinville, died suddenly
while traveling in Thailand.
He was born Feb. 17, 1959, in Everett to Heinrich
and Betty Janssen.
John graduated in 1977 from Snohomish High
School, and attended Everett Community College
and Western Washington University. He lived
in New Orleans for 10 years returning to Washington
in 1999.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Beavers-Janssen;
mother, Betty Janssen, of Snohomish; sister,
Joanne Kasch and husband Chris, of Snohomish;
niece and nephew, Janelle and Daryn Kasch; uncle,
Everett Ottoson, of Lynnwood; and many close
friends from this area, as well as extended
family and friends in New Orleans.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Saturday,
Feb. 25, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at
Swan’s Trail (5511 64th St. SE, Snohomish,
98290).
