Rep has announced its Early Summer Musical for
Teens production will be “The Boyfriend,”
a funny romp through the French Riviera in the
1920s. This is more than your typical boy meets
girl, boy loses girl story. Everyone is looking
for that certain thing called “The Boyfriend,”
even the married men and the school’s headmistress!
The play has a great cast of characters. so
teens are encouraged to start their summer off
right by auditioning for this early summer musical.
Auditions will be on March 6 and 7, 3-6 p.m.,
with potential callbacks/more auditions on March
20.
Rehearsals will begin May 30 and will most
likely be late afternoons/evenings Monday-Thursday
or Sunday-Thursday. This is subject to change,
but the schedule will be lighter during finals’
week. Performances are planned for June 29-July
1 or 2. There will be a tuition fee of $350.
