In addition, Councilman Roskind suggested forming a committee to address issues such as public safety; human rights, law and justice; and emergency management. He offered to serve on the committee when it was formed. An ordinance is required to form a committee advisory to the City Council. The council will study the formation of a Public Safety Committee at a future date.
