On behalf of the City Council, Mayor Cathy VonWald
awards Cherry Jarvis the Spirit of Woodinville
Award for her years of service to the City of
Woodinville. Jarvis, who has lived in Woodinville
since 1965, was a charter member of the Planning
Commission in 1993. She continues to serve on
the Commission, her current term expiring in July
2007. Jarvis has been both chair and vice chair
of the Planning Commission and has served on various
other city task forces.
“I do it because I love it
and I care about the city,” said Jarvis.
