Is
your horse up to his belly in mud? Is chore time
also known as “mud time” at your farm?
4-H members and other youth are invited to call
WSU Cooperative Extension to get a new booklet
called “Guide to Healthy Horsekeeping.”
The guide outlines things you can do to prevent
mud, control bugs and parasites, grow more grass,
and prevent a mountain of manure from taking over
behind the barn.
The guide is available for free to 4-H members
at the Cooperative Extension office at McCollum
Park in south Everett or by calling Extension
at (425) 338-2400.
