| Lois
Follansbee of Sammamish,Wash., died Friday,
April 14, 2006, in Kirkland. Lois was born
Jan. 28, 1952, in Lynn, Mass., to Alfred and
Jennie Bracciotti. She was raised in Revere,
Mass. She received her bachelor of science
in nursing from Boston University and her master
of science in nursing from Boston College.
Lois married Bruce J. Follansbee July 19,
1986, at the Boston University Chapel. They
moved to this area in March 1999. She was
a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, a devoted
wife and mother, and proud of her Italian
heritage.
In addition to her husband, Bruce, she is
survived by her two sons, Thomas J. Follansbee
and Nathan C. Follansbee; and daughter, Elizabeth
A. Follansbee, all of Sammamish. Also surviving
is her mother, Jennie A. Bracciotti, and
the numerous friends she easily made. Her
colleagues and patients at Woodinville Pediatrics,
where Lois was a nurse practitioner, will
also miss her.
