Four local Allstate agents recently received “Quality
Service Agency” awards from Allstate
Insurance Company. Recipients of this prestigious
award were: Brett Stenmoe, Bothell; Mike
McGinness, Bothell; Bob Smith, Woodinville;
and Steve Lindstrom, Woodinville.
These awards indicate that these agencies
are among the top at Allstate in customer
satisfaction and retention and that they
have consistently exceeded customer expectations
throughout the past year.
In order to achieve the award, these agencies
had to meet specific customer satisfaction
measures and must have customer satisfaction
processes in place that support Allstate’s
goal of providing outstanding customer service.
Six sales leaders from Allstate’s
Northwest Region have been recognized by
the company for their outstanding leadership
and have received the 2005 Allstate Key Manager
award. The award winners are Cindy Hill,
Herb Hossfeld, Jennifer Oldenburg, Shawn
Rogerson, Mike Schrand and Larry Wenneborg.
The Key Manager award recognizes leaders
who have accomplished their sales management
goals throughout the year by effectively
managing the markets and agencies they oversee.
These individuals are among 100 sales managers
throughout the country to receive this award.
There are nearly 600 Allstate sales leaders
throughout the United States.
In addition to a plaque honoring their achievements,
these individuals also receive a trip to
Allstate’s National Conference in Chicago,
where they will be recognized by the top
officers of the company.
Kirkland Physical Therapy announces the
opening of a satellite clinic, Novelty Hill
Physical Therapy, located at Village at Redmond
Ridge (across from Trilogy). The Novelty
Hill Physical Therapy location offers patients
a full spectrum of outpatient rehabilitation,
injury prevention and special programs for
golfers and walkers, as well as “Balance
