Jenna is the daughter of Daniel and Helen Ward of Woodinville. She is a 1996 Woodinville High School graduate. She graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Ore., in 2000 and from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md., in 2003. Currently, she is a nurse practitioner student at Georgetown University.

Daniel is the son of Paul and Donna Lane of Frederick, Md. He is a 1995 graduate of Frederick High School in Frederick, Md., and graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., in 1999. He is a medical photographer.

The couple plans an Oct. 1, 2006, wedding in Chevy Chase, Md.
