Festival features barbecue cook-off

The Pacific Northwest Barbecue Assn. will present the 2nd annual Washington’s Best Chicken & Ribs Championship Cook-off at the Black Diamond Miner Days Festival in Black Diamond July 8. In addition, there will be a chili cook-off with People’s Choice category.
