SPROUTS Children’s Theatre, a division
of SecondStory Repertory, presents “The
Musicians of Bremen,” adaptation by
Stan Gill. The show runs March 16-April 1
at SecondStory Repertory’s theatre
in Redmond Town Center.
“The Musicians of Bremen” tells
the famous story of a donkey, a dog, a cat
and a rooster who are no longer useful to
their owner.
This hilarious take on the traditional tale
will make everyone, adults and kids alike,
laugh!
The show is filled with lively songs and
audience participation, a popular SPROUTS
trademark.
The hour-long show is recommended for ages
4-12, but has lots of humor for the grownups
as well. And, as with all SPROUTS shows,
kids get to sit on the stage floor, right
up close to the action.
“The Musicians of Bremen” opens
on Friday, March 16, for three weekends,
running through Sunday, April 1.
Performance times are Fridays at 7 p.m,
Saturdays and Sundays at 1 and 3 p.m. Admission
is $8.75 for all ages – grownups too – with
discounts available for groups of 20 or more.
Tickets may be reserved by Web site or phone,
and picked up at the box office window on
the day of the show. SPROUTS performances
often sell out, and advance reservations
are strongly suggested.
SecondStory Repertory is located upstairs
next to Borders Books in Redmond Town Center.
