Duvall Foundation for the Arts hosts Meet and Greet

Duvall Foundation for the Arts Meet and Greet Friday will be Jan. 11, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at 15515 Main Street in Duvall.

The Duvall Foundation for the Arts annual meeting will be Jan. 16, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at 15705 Main Street, Duvall.

Winter 2008 classes & workshops at Northwest Art Center

Youth Art Classes include Creative Claytime (ages 3-6), Sculpture and glazing, Emerging Artists (ages 5-7), Basic Drawing & Beyond (ages 8-14), Drawing, perspective, portraiture, painting, and mixed media, Absolute Artists (7 and up), HOMESCHOOL: Fridays, 10:30 a.m.-12 noon, $75 per month, Painting & Potting (ages 8-14), Nothing but Wheel Throwing (ages 8-14), Basic Drawing & Sculpture (ages 8-14), Friday Art Hang Out: Just for Middle Schoolers (ages 11-14), Master Artists (ages 15 and up).

Adult Classes (ages 16+) include Adult Pottery, Basic Figure Drawing, Open Studio Life Drawing, Acrylic/Oil Painting (ITEM 8142), Throwing at the Potter’s Wheel: Beginner and Beyond (ITEM 8113), Mommy and Me Valentine Pottery Workshop,Winter Snow Scene Watercolor Workshop, Mud Wrestling Pottery Workshop, Valentines Mud Wrestle, Spring Mud Wrestle, Mommy and Me Ceramic Easter Keepsakes Workshop, Ink Drawing Workshop, Color Linoleum Print Workshop (Spring Session) w/ Dan Cautrell, Outdoor Watercolor Workshop, Teacher and Art Docent Training.

Tolt Class of ’88 planning reunion

The 20th reunion committee for the Tolt High School Class of ’88 is seeking any and all graduates. The reunion is tentatively scheduled for July 4-6, 2008.
