Jillian Brenner (Jasmine), Ty Leet (Aladdin), Taraneh Shariatmadari (Genie), Mak Kehoe (Jafar), Matthew Gahrns (Ialdo), and Riley Schroeder (Iago). lead a cast of first through sixth grade East Ridge Elementary School students.

Opening night for the East Ridge PTA After School Arts Program production of “Aladdin Junior” will be Friday, March 28, at 7 p.m. at the school’s gym, 22150 NE 156th Place in Woodinville.

Additional performances will be held Saturday, March 29 at 7 and Sunday, March 30, at 2 p.m. Tickets for the musical are $2 per person.

Director of “Aladdin” is Marsha Stueckle; musical director is Lehua Pischke and Stasia Kehoe is choreographer. Junior ensemble director is Julie Vandehey, costume designer is Lynn Fleischer and ASAP Director is Suzanne Brown. In addition, students of East Ridge parent Steve Falcon’s sound tech class keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Even the backdrop is a student project, designed and painted by After School Arts alum ninth-grader Danielle Brenner.
