by Wendy Shimada
Contributing Writer |
|
There was good news and there was bad news, according to Cari Hornbein, addressing the City Council at the April 24 meeting.
Hornbein, the City of Duvall’s planning director and City Hall administrator, started with the bad, stating that the long-awaited new associate planner, who had been lined up and ready to start helping with the department’s workload, had been “snatched away,” accepting another position instead, “which leaves us back at square one.”
