Larry AdamsLarry Henry Adams, 70, of Redmond, our beloved husband, father and grandfather, known by his grandchildren as GrandpaMan, passed away peacefully on April 23 after battling leukemia. He was born in Portland, Ore. on Sept. 6, 1943. Larry was a 35-year veteran pilot for United Airlines. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Henry Kauk; adoptive father, Albert Adams; and mother Mona Mae Adams.

Larry’s generosity with his love, time and resources is remembered by his family, friends, and neighbors. He loved gardening, fishing, painting, and golfing, but most of all he cherished his family.

He is survived by his wife, Connie; daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Doug Dobkins; son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Kristin Adams; grandchildren, Andrew and Hannah Adams, and Nicklaus and Carolyn Dobkins; brothers, LaMar and Stanley Adams; sister, Beverly Staton; his uncle Bill and aunt Nancy Kauk.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Overlake Park Presbyterian Church on Monday, May 5 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to EvergreenHealth Foundation or Children’s Hospital.
