Sounds and Excersize of Celebrate Woodinville

  • Written by David B. Clark

The annual Celebrate Woodinville festival may not be taking place until Saturday, August 17 but the festivities are kicking off a month earlier when the festival’s Summer Concert series opens up on Wednesday, July 17. The Woodinville Chamber is proud to present this year’s summer series in downtown Woodinville at Wilmot Gateway Park. As community is central to Woodinville, all of the events are family-friendly with live music, offer local brews and vino from the city’s bevy of beverage artisans, and are stocked full of food options from some of the leading restaurants and chefs of the city. The best part is that admission is free.

The first of four consecutive Wednesdays begins on July 17 and will highlight the musical versatility of Washington favorites, The Dogtones. The Dogtones cover six decades of hits, spanning from rock classics like Eagles’, Hotel California to Queen’s stadium opus, Bohemian Rhapsody. This group of showmen are experts have been swimming in applause and the kind words of the Puget Sound region for years and years by playing weddings, fundraisers, and corporate parties among other events.
