Flu shot clinics for Northshore students and families

  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff

The Northshore School District is partnering with the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association (SVNA) to provide flu shot clinics from 3 – 6 p.m., at the following locations:

Oct. 6, Bothell High School Commons, 9130 NE 180th St, Bothell, 98011
Oct. 13, Inglemoor High School cafeteria, 1550 Simonds Road NE, Kenmore, 98028
Oct. 20, Woodinville High School Commons, 19819 136th Ave. NE, Woodinville, 98072

The clinics are open to all Northshore School District children (four years of age and older) and their families. Students under the age of 18 will need a Patient Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian.

All participants will be asked to provide their health insurance information (card) to receive an immunization. SVNA will electronically bill the insurance plan for the flu shot.

They bill almost all insurance plans, but are not able to accept Cigna, TriCare or Kaiser. Flu shots are considered preventive care and normally are not subject to deductibles or co-pays.

Students 18 years and under without current health insurance coverage will be offered a flu shot at no cost. Adults without current insurance coverage may pay the $28 immunization fee with cash or check.

Further flu information and resources can be found on the Northshore School District website at
