The Duvall Creative Arts Guild is hosting its first Art Show and Sale on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 5-9 p.m. at the Northwest Art Center in Duvall, at 15705 Main St. NE.
The event marks the public debut of the guild, which launched in January 2015.

The event is free and open to the public.
“The Duvall Creative Arts Guild is comprised of eight local artists who create together while experiencing community and cross-pollination,” said Deborah Neal, guild director. “Built on a unique model, the guild is capped at eight artists and is an intimate haven where each artist can deepen the mystery of her work.”
“The guild provides an environment of support for each individual artist’s unique creative process, all within the organizing structure of a greater whole,” said guild co-founder, Laura Romanelli.Guild members are Clare Chapple, Deborah Neal, Jen Brooks, Jennifer Finch, Katey Andrews, Kimberly Lakin, Laura Romanelli and Sarah Harper. The physical home of the Duvall Creative Arts Guild is the Northwest Art Center, which generously opened its doors to the group and continues to serve as an enthusiastic partner. The Northwest Art Center enhances lives by teaching the value of art, ideas, expression and creativity through quality visual art education.
The guild is a proud member of the Duvall Foundation for the Arts, which promotes creativity, diversity, and cultural awareness by supporting the arts and arts education in the Lower Snoqualmie Valley.
