Madison House, a leader in senior living in the Kirkland area, is hosting a themed screening of Back to the Future equipped with live music, a 50’s drive-in buffet, the DeLorean Club in the parking lot, and a screening of the classic film.
This event came about when Arnold Brandon, a founder of the Pacific Northwest DeLorean club, recently moved into Madison House. Arnold and his family own two DeLoreans, and he offered to bring them in for viewing—and the event began growing from there!
Attendees will be treated to a local DJ playing classic tunes, and a 50’s drive-in buffet complete with hot dogs, corn dogs, onion rings, fries, retro sodas, and frosty malts in the bistro. The Pacific Northwest DeLorean Club will also have the doors up on their DeLoreans from 4-6 p.m. in the Madison House parking lot, so you can get a first-hand look at these rare roadsters!
A screening of Back to the Future will begin at 6:30 p.m., so bring the whole family out for a night of 50’s food and classic fun, and when the movie ends, you can go right back to the future!
Jeni Kuhnly, executive director of Madison House, commented, “We’re excited to have our residents, their families, and the local community join us in celebrating the end of summer and go Back to the Future at Madison House.”
