  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff

Obit WorkmanAndrew Jay Workman was born on October 15, 1968 to Carolyn Jo & Marvel Lyle Workman in Seattle, WA. Andy was taken too soon on April 5, 2017 but was surrounded by loved ones. Andy, who was kind, giving and funny is survived by his brother Joe, sister-in-law Heidi, sisters Jill and Jennifer, and brother-in-law Seth. He was a fabulous uncle to his nieces Jessica and Roxie Jo and nephew Remington.

Andy graduated from Woodinville HS, where he wrestled and participated in DECA. He was an avid WSU fan, where he attended college and was a member of the Phi Tau fraternity.

Andy, who worked at Terex in Redmond, was always the person to volunteer to take on a new challenge. Everyone enjoyed working with him as he would always notice and remember the details about their families and check in on them.

In his free time he went hunting, fishing, and crabbing with his dear friends. He loved watching Seahawks, Sounders, and NASCAR and would often coordinate friends and family to BBQ and watch with him.

Services will be held on Friday April 28th at 3pm at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Located at 11526 162nd Ave SE, Redmond.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, consider donations to the Marv Workman Memorial Business Scholarship. Contributions may be made payable to: SFn, P O Box 1773, Woodinville, WA 98072 or via PayPal This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
