Pet of the Week - June 25, 2012

  • Written by Homeward Pet Adoption

LullaBellLulla Belle is a sweet 8-year-old basset hound who was rescued from a Spokane- area shelter.

This 54-pound girl is very personable and friendly and is quickly becoming a volunteer favorite at our Homeward Pet!

She hasn’t met cats before to our knowledge, but she is wonderful with other dogs and would be a fine choice for most ages of children, provided they can be respectful.

True to her breed, Lulla Belle can be rather vocal, so apartments and condos are not recommended for her.

She loves to follow her nose, so she will need a fenced yard unless she is leashed when outside.

Lulla Belle will make fine companion and will be an excellent addition to almost any home!

Come meet Lulla Belle at Homeward Pet!

We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville.  Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday.  See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.

If you aren’t ready to adopt a new family member, you can still help us care for the dogs and cats at Homeward Pet! Shelter essentials are items we use daily, 365 days a year, to care for every cat, dog, puppy or kitten from the moment they arrive at Homeward Pet until they find their forever homes. Please visit homewardpet.org/shelteressentials for more information.
