Pet of the Week - Miss Potts - April 29, 2019

  • Written by Homeward Pet Adoption Center

Potts

Meet Miss Potts! Miss Potts has only two requirements of her new home – cozy laps and fun toys. If you’re a family with laps in need of warming and cat toys to share, then Miss Potts is waiting here to meet you! This 4 year old tabby is truly one-of-a-kind. Not only are her tabby stripes perfectly blended, but so is her personality. She’s the best mix of affectionate and playful. We don’t know if Miss Potts would enjoy living with other cats or dogs, so any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Because she prefers a less busy and noisy lifestyle, she’d like a home with just teens and adults. Come meet this charmer today!

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between 12pm and 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

Pet of the Week - Tank - April 22, 2019

tank

Tank is terrific! This friendly and charming 7-year-old Australian Shepherd/Lab mix is the perfect blend of spunky and laid-back. If it’s time to play he’s one-hundred-percent in, and if it’s time to lounge and cuddle, he’s one-hundred-percent in for that, too! He’ll alternate between playing and snuggling from sun up until sun down. This awesome guy will show you how to balance your life for maximum happiness. Tank does well with other dogs and enjoys chasing cats, so he will need to work on his feline manners. He’d do best with older kids that will handle him gently. Come meet Tank today!

amber

Amber may have only one ‘A’ in her name, but she definitely scores an A+ on the scale of awesome. If relaxing and hanging out is your idea of a good time, then this gal is for you. At about 10 years old this cuddly cat will make the best reading partner or movie watching buddy. Amber lived with other cats and dogs before, but we aren’t sure how they got along, so she will need a slow introduction to any resident pets. Come be charmed by the amazing and awesome Amber today!

copper

As beautiful as gold and silver is Copper! This 3 year old Great Dane/Boxer mix has a whole lotta height and a whole lotta personality. As smart and athletic as they come, this big guy is ready to go on life’s adventures with you. He’s a master hiker and can navigate any terrain with ease. Copper can be choosy with other dogs, so he will want to meet any potential friends before adoption. He does like to chase cats, so he will need slow and supervised introductions to any resident felines. Due to his breed and size, he likely wouldn’t do well in an apartment or condo and is looking for a home with just teens and adults. Come meet this handsome hunk of a pup today!

bonnie

The research is out there, and the hypothesis true – smiling is in fact contagious. And Bonnie is ready to prove it to you! This 10 year young Lab/American Bulldog mix is one spunky and smiley gal. The only time she isn’t grinning is when she’s sleeping, but even then, she’s as adorable as ever. Bonnie’s two favorite things to do are go for outside adventures and get belly rubs. As soon as you start petting her she’ll roll right over. Bonnie is looking to be the only pet in her new home, because she requires 100% of the belly rubs and does not want to share! She’s also looking for an adult only home. Come catch a smile from Bonnie today!
