Otis POWAre you looking for a well-mannered and easy-going dog to call your very own?

We’d like to introduce you to Otis.

This handsome fellow has quickly become a shelter favorite, and although he has many friends here, he’d really like to go home soon.

His dream is to find a loving family and a cozy place to spend his golden years.

Although Otis is about 12 years old, he wants everyone to know that age is just a number. He’s still quite spry and is as active as dogs who are many years his junior.

He weighs 58 pounds, which is a great size for someone who’s looking for a dog that’s neither too small nor too imposing.

Otis seems to do well with polite dogs; however he prefers to avoid those who are pushy and headstrong. He excels with canine counterparts that possess good doggy manners and appreciates relationships of mutual respect. Otis thinks cats are just fine.

He has some arthritis and appreciates respectful handling, Otis is a true gentleman who is ready to make someone’s life complete. Come look in his soulful eyes and be prepared that they may indicate you’re the chosen one. Will you give him a chance?

Come meet Otis at Homeward Pet. We are located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and are open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

Kitties oneScout and Duke are not only the best of friends but they are also brothers. These 4-1/2 month-old teens are quite handsome. Scout is a shiny all black kitty and Duke is a striking brown tabby. They are really hopeful that someone will adopt them together as these very bonded bros would be lost without each other.

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville.  Hours are noon-6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Peyton POWPeyton is everything you could want in a cat, all wrapped up in one package: She is athletic (leaps up tall window ledges in a single bound), playful, has wonderful silky soft fur (and is very pretty), is incredibly easy going (never hisses or swats), is a willing lap warmer, has the PURRfect motor, consistently uses her scratch pads and litter box, and self-feeds on dry food.

Peyton is pretty shy at first but once she warms up she is chalk full of personality and really fun to have around. This  4 year old is looking for a low key household after being in a home with a young child, which was stressful for her.Homeward Pet islocated at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville. We are open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.

7_14HenryAre you looking for a easygoing and friendly dog to complete your life? Well, Homeward Pet would like to introduce Handsome Henry. After being surrendered to a local shelter by his owner for a chance at a better life, Henry is now awaiting that special person who can appreciate his captivating smile and the sparkle in his eyes.

Eight-year-old Henry has nice house manners and gets along with other dogs and all people. He is best suited for kids who are over the age of six years old, and we just know that he’ll make a great family pet.

Henry has not lived with cats before to our knowledge. At 58 pounds, he’s a great size for some who wants a dog that’s not too small or too big.

Henry is quite a catch and wants to discover his new home soon!

Jasmine POWIf you are looking for a cat with beauty and personality, Jasmine is your girl. Her dark orange and white markings are very striking as well as her bright green eyes. Jasmine came from another shelter where she was being picked on by the other cats so she is looking for a home with no other animals. A little shy at first with strangers, Jasmine is extremely cuddly and affectionate with people she knows. She would love to find a quiet home where she can shine as the playful and sweet cat that she is.

Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville. Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.
