Asha POWNow darlings, can’t you just picture me sitting on a velvety cushion, eating treats out of a crystal goblet? I do require (and adore) daily brushing. Remember, when you look as fabulous as I do, it is important to maintain my silky soft fur coat. I do appreciate pampering, however beyond brushing I really am a low maintenance feline. I would describe my age as “prime time.” I am past that crazy, out-of-control kitten stage but I’m not ready for retirement quite yet. I enjoy a leisurely nap by a sunny window followed by a fun play session, and next on my agenda is lap sitting time. I’m really no trouble at all and would love to keep you company. Come in and let me meet you and will see why all of the people at Homeward are crazy about me!

Come meet Asha at Homeward Pet. We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville. Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday. See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.

Beauty POWAre you looking for a small and sweet companion? Look no further than Beauty! This darling little 9-pound dog was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter and was transported north to safety. Her friends at Homeward Pet welcomed her with open arms, and now they are ready to help her find her forever home.

At only a year old, Beauty is still a youngster. She has many years of love to offer some lucky person. She can be very shy initially and prefers a home with respectful teenagers and adults.

Once Beauty warms up, she is happy and very affectionate. She loves to snuggle and feel safe next to her cherished person.

She hasn’t met cats before, but does well with other dogs. Beauty may need a little work on her house training in the new home and can’t wait to get started. She is responsive to training and wants to learn. Once she becomes comfortable in her environment, her playful and energetic side becomes apparent. We’ve discovered in addition to being a great training candidate, she would also be a natural for agility courses. She’s a dog of many talents and so much fun to be with.

Come meet Beauty at Homeward Pet! We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville. Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.  See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.

Bandit POWBandit is a sweet 4 year-old boy with lots of personality and striking markings.

This guy is quite the talker and will carry on entire conversations with you. Bandit is a very active boy and can be a rowdy player, so he is looking for a home with children over the age of 12. He loves getting attention and would benefit from having someone who will play with him and give him lots of exercise.

Bandit is not crazy about other cats, but he gets along well with dogs and wouldn’t mind living with one in his new home.

He has beautiful long black and white fur that will require daily brushing. If you want a friendly, dog-savvy cat, look no further!

Come meet Bandit at Homeward Pet.

We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville.  Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday.  See all our adoptable dogs, cats, kittens and puppies at www.homewardpet.org.

Rusty POWThis handsome fellow is named Rusty.

He’s a 9-year-old  Chihuahua mix who was transferred to Homeward Pet from a local shelter.

Weighing in at 10 pounds, he will make a wonderful and devoted smaller companion.

Mild mannered and low key, Rusty is ready to be someone’s dream dog. His favorite activities are snuggling with his person and going for leisurely walks.

He’s expressive and communicative, and his vocal nature may make single family homes the best choice for him, as opposed to apartments or condos.

Rusty is house trained and does well with smaller breed dogs after a proper introduction and acclimation time.

We recommend a cat free household with children over the age of 10 years.

Rusty is a great choice for someone who is looking for an easygoing dog that isn’t overly demanding.

He only wants to be loved as someone’s cherished pet.  Rusty would love to meet anyone who might be willing to give him that chance.

Is it you? Come meet Rusty at Homeward Pet!  We’re located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville. Our shelter is open for visitors between noon and 6 p.m, Wednesday through Sunday.

Juju POWIf there is a prettier cat out there, I would like to see her as I think I am the most attractive cat on the block!

I have blue eyes and the most exotic looking fur coat you have ever seen. I am the envy of all the cats at Homeward Pet.

Because I am part Siamese, I feel compelled to tell you all about myself and have been known to carry on lively conversations.

They inform me that in human years I am four years young.

Being a playful, sociable cat, I have enjoyed being entertained by children and a dog.

Other felines and I don’t always see eye to eye (probably because they envy my looks) so I prefer not to share a home with other cats.

Come on in and if you meet with my approval, I may just allow you to take me home.

Juju is a happy, energetic and beautiful cat, who is FIV positive.

She should be the only cat in her new home and with proper care, like semi-annual wellness checks, a nutritious balanced diet and living indoors only, Juju can live a long and happy life.

For more information about FIV, visit petfinder.com/pet-health/feline-immunodeficiency-virus.html.
