This 9-month-old, smiling boy is Bandit! Bandit is a terrier/Australian cattle dog mix who has both the good looks and the sweet demeanor to make him an amazing buddy!

BanditBandit enjoys going on long walks and hikes and playing with other dogs. He can be a little shy in new scenarios and is looking for a dog-experienced home that can work on on-going socialization and confidence building. With some patience and love this happy pup will grow into an affectionate, fun-loving and devoted medium-sized adult.

ChewyThis purr machine with the extravagantly long coat is Chewy! This 15-pound gentle giant will make an ideal cuddly companion.

Chewy enjoys being brushed, held and relaxing on the couch. He may be shy when first meeting new people but once he gets acquainted, he greets his people with soft chirps and leg rubs. Chewy has never lived with other cats or dogs and would do best around other mellow pets and with a slow introduction. This 9-year-old would be a wonderful companion for a quieter household.

Bingo POWThis is Bingo, a blonde and white Jack Russell Terrier mix.This love bug enjoys receiving belly rubs, going for walks, and following his people wherever they go.

Bingo is 3 years old and weighs in at 17 pounds. He gets along well with other dogs but has not had much interaction with cats. He would be best suited for older kids who are dog-savvy as he is shy and enjoys gentle handling. Bingo does seem to prefer women to men, but with patience and love he will become your devoted lap dog!

Bingo is a joy to spend time with so come and meet him today! This mellow and wiggly boy is waiting for the right person to come in and find him.

ArthurThis dashing little lapdog is Arthur! He is a caramel colored Chihuahua mix, just 1 year of age.

At 8 pounds this small dude is looking for a quiet household that can provide him with gentle handling. Arthur enjoys chasing toys, cuddling with his people and running in the grass. He does fine with polite and easygoing dogs and has lived successfully with cats. Arthur is house-trained and ready to be a well behaved member of the home!

This cool-looking cat with the easygoing personality is Mr. Tom! Mr. Tom is a 2-year-old brown tabby with charm and love to offer his new family.

mr tom 2Mr. Tom is a social and playful teddy bear who has quickly become a favorite with volunteers and staff at Homeward Pet. He blossoms in quiet and calm environments and does well with older kids that can give him time to settle in.
Mr. Tom is FIV-positive, an easy illness to manage by keeping Mr. Tom indoors only and as the only cat in the home. We’re not sure about his history with dogs, so slow introductions are recommended.
