ROBBERY, 140TH AVE NE
Two unknown males entered restaurant and robbed employees at gunpoint just before closing. This is definitely scary.
 
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY, 135TH AVE NE
Construction site manger reported for work to find that locking mechanism for front door had been cut open and several job boxes and connex container boxes broken into over the weekend.  Several items missing from the large job site.

Utility trailer stolen from business parking area on Thanksgiving.
 
SHOPLIFT, NE MILL PL
Female arrested for theft of several clothing items she had placed in a large bag while in the dressing room.  Recognized by store security as previous shoplifter.  Cited and released to Bothell PD for an outstanding warrant.
 
SHOPLIFT, GARDEN WAY NE
Male ran out of store with items in “Returned Items” bin after first interacting with clerk pretending to pay for merchandise.i

Female arrested after taking cosmetics from store without paying.
 
SHOPLIFT, NE MILL PL
Female contract employee cited and trespassed after being caught on security cameras putting merchandise in a tote bag and exiting without paying.  Admitted to previous thefts also.

Credit card info stolen and used to pay for Air BnB.

Booked warrant subject after being arrested by Bothell PD on a traffic violation.

Police Beat - November 26, 2018

CAR PROWL, 133RD AVE NE
Passenger front window broken and purse taken from car parked at the soccer fields.
 
THREATS, 136TH AVE NE
Student made threats to harm other students with knives and guns.  Reported by fellow students.  No access to weapons, however previous history of threats.  Released to parents.
 
TRESPASS, 132ND AVE NE
Female trespassed from bank at manager’s request after causing repeated disturbances.
 
ATTEMPTED LARCENY, NE MILL PL
Male trespassed from business after being observed by store security cutting security tags off electronics with needle nose scissors.
 
HARASSMENT, 168TH AVE NE
Student used fake profile to harass another student using his picture on Instagram.
 
SHOPLIFT, NE MILL PL
Male placed three bottles of alcohol in reusable shopping bag and left store without paying.  Suspect had two outstanding warrants from local agencies who declined him due to the fact that he is detoxing from heroin.
 
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, 164TH AVE NE
Yard and neighborhood checked after female reported hearing people on her back porch at night.
 
TRESPASS, NE 183RD ST
Former evicted female resident cited for trespass after being found on property.
 
MISDEMEANOR CRIMINAL WARRANT, 142ND AVE NE
Male arrested and turned over to Kirkland PD on an outstanding warrant after being seen/recognized by officers.
 
ANIMAL PROBLEM, NE 175TH ST
Female reported being bitten by a dog but was uncooperative about dog and owner as it was a friend.  Victim was intoxicated and originally claimed to have fallen.  Victim eventually transported to Evergreen Hospital at her request for a panic attack.
 
FOUND PROPERTY, NE 186TH ST
Shotgun confiscated and placed into evidence after report of it behind mailboxes.  Owner was identified, lives in eastern WA and had no idea why it would be in Woodinville…investigation continues.
 
CAR PROWL, GARDEN WAY NE
Bicycle taken from bike rack attached to vehicle while owner was in store and son was in the vehicle.  Bike was one of three on the rack but first to come off by cutting straps.

Work tools stolen from unlocked vehicle parked in complex carport overnight. AGAIN, PLEASE LOCK YOUR VEHICLES.

Non-secured bicycle taken from the sidewalk at shopping complex. YOU MAY HAVE HEARD THIS BEFORE, BUT PLEASE SECURE YOUR BELONGINGS.

Female cited for violation of protection order after sending e-mail to victim. PROTECTION ORDERS ARE TO PROTECT THE VICTIM AS WELL AS YOURSELF (FROM YOURSELF)

Police Beat - November 19, 2018

Found Property - 136 Ave NE: 
Neighborhood mail was found in the bushes near Woodinville High School and turned over to the School Resource Officer, who returned it to their owners.
 
Found Property - 133 Ave NE
Resident turned in their firearm for disposal.
 
Residential Burglary - 127 Ave NE
Suspects entered a home under construction and brought a stolen vehicle into the garage, where it was abandoned.
 
Trespass - NE 171 Street:
Two known drug users were located in the apartment parking lot and trespassed from the property.
 
Driving While License Suspended
140 Ave NE: Subject warned not to drive with a suspended license the day before was found driving a vehicle and was cited.
 
Criminal Warrant, Misdemeanor- Garden Way
Deputy observed a known subject enter a store.  A computer check revealed a Seattle PD warrant for Assault.  Deputies entered the store and advised the subject that she was under arrest for the warrant.  She wrapped her arms and legs around a cash register stand and refused to let go.  Deputies were able to pry her loose and arrest her.  She was also charged with Resisting Arrest.
 
Possession of Stolen Property
Woodinville-Snohomish Road: A deputy did a computer check of a vehicle in traffic.  The vehicle went a different direction as the deputy.  A short time later, the computer check revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Issaquah.  Vehicle could not be located.
 
Suspicious Circumstances - Woodinville-Duvall Road:
Patrons were in a restaurant watching a sports program while eating, when the television suddenly switched to a “soft porn” show.  Management changed the channel and did not know how it was switched.  They also rechecked the parental controls.
 
Mental Complaint -  NE 171 Street
A welfare check was requested on a resident.  Deputies determined that she had not eaten in days and was mixing prescription medication and alcohol.  Subject was involuntary committed for a mental health examination.
 
Larceny, S/L- NE Mill Place
Subject was arrested and booked for shoplifting alcohol from a retailer.
 
Three subjects enter the store and proceed to the alcohol section.  One fills a bag with numerous bottle of alcohol.  The group is contacted as they are leaving the store by loss prevention officer.  One of the group shoves the officer allowing the group to escape.
 
Traffic Incident, NSC -  NE 145 Street
A female driver was stopped because a computer check of the vehicle revealed a felony warrant for the registered owner.  The subject was detained but said she had her identity stolen.  Deputies researched further and determined that the information was true and the driver was released.  She was instructed on how to clear the issue.
 
Larceny, TFA -  NE 145 Street
A female parked her car and left her purse on the front passenger seat while she went to work.  She returned to find her window broken and her purse missing.
 
Larceny, TFA - 131 Ave NE
Owner found that a tire and wheel was removed from their car, parked in the apartment lot.  A tire and wheel from another vehicle was left behind.
