Garden art and sculpture event Art in Bloom is here for its 10th anniversary

It’s our anniversary, come celebrate with us! Duvall Foundation for the Arts (DFA) presents the 10th annual Art in Bloom Garden Art & Sculpture Event Friday, June 26 — gala starts at 6 p.m. — located at the beautiful Kokopelli Gardens in Duvall. Proceeds benefit DFA’s youth and adult scholarships and community grants awarded each year.
Gala guests will enjoy a wine and beer reception, dinner buffet, live entertainment and the ability to view and purchase hundreds of pieces of local art, all for sale at affordable prices. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online via Brown Paper Tickets at On Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Art in Bloom is free to the public.

(Photo courtesy of Art in Bloom)This year’s event has returning artists: Annette Thomas (glass), Beri Geraci (concrete leaf castings), Dan Cautrell (printmaker), Stephanie Berg (metal/iron/steel), Stan Cozad (metal/iron/steel), Tracey Pemberton (concrete/glass), Melanie Pollen (pottery) and Wishpoosh Designs (glass and mixed media), just to name a few! This year several new artists have joined the show including Jesse Kelly (glass artist), Joan Hitchcock (concrete) and Dave and Stacy Bradshaw (metals).

This year DFA is also pleased to have a one-of-a-kind beautiful mosaic table made by the students of Cherry Valley Elementary up for auction. Proceeds from the sale of this table benefit the local Cherry Valley PTA.
