Willows Lodge has announced round-one judges for this year’s Iron Vintner Challenge. James Beard Award winning chef and outstanding restaurateur, Tom Douglas; Maxime Bilet, chef and cookbook author of “Modernist Cuisine” and legendary chef at Rover’s, Thierry Rautureau.
First round winemakers Jerry Riener, Guardian Cellars and Kevin Correll, Barrage Cellars will have 60 minutes to craft an appetizer and an entrée that will wow these three remarkable chefs.
