Legacy 749Photo by Briana Gerdeman. A mixed use development is planned for the 24-acre site on the Sammamish River. The site formerly designated for the Woodinville Village development is showing signs of movement once again, with Scotch broom removed and parking for employees and visitors.
Legacy Companies, the new owner, has hired a world-class architect, Dave Lake of Lake Flato Architects.

The mixed-use development will include a boutique hotel, retail shops, wine tasting rooms, restaurants and event space, taking advantage of Woodinville’s natural beauty and reputation as a wine and culinary destination.

The previous owner, MJR Development, has already constructed townhomes facing the Sammamish River on the 24-acre site, which is located behind Purple Cafe and Wine Bar and Brian Carter Cellars.
