VANDALISM – 144TH AVE NE
Building was tagged in neon pink and green.
 
TRESPASS – 130TH AVE NE
Intoxicated male forgot to pay for items and was asked by the management to be trespassed from the property. The subject refused to sign the trespass form and said he wanted to go back to Seattle. He was given a ride to the Park and Ride.
 
CRIMINAL WARRANT, FELONY - NE 175TH ST.
A Woodinville deputy was conducting an area check and contacted a male who had an outstanding felony warrant. He was booked into the King County Jail.
 
FRAUD – NE 175TH ST
The victim reported that her wallet was stolen out of her purse while she was eating. The victim’s credit/debit  cards  were  used  within minutes as a nearby store to purchase approximately $4,000 dollars’ worth of gift cards.
 
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE – NE 183RD
A witness called to report a possible bike theft in progress. The witness said that she saw two black males with white  bandannas over their faces taking bikes out of the secured parking garage. The witness said she saw the males leaning over the bike rack, heard a “pop” at which point the males looked up and saw her. They each left with a bike out a nearby door. A deputy saw a male leaving the area east up to a trail which leads out to NE 185th St. One of the deputies ran up the trail and found a bike laying in the middle of the trail. A second bike was recovered just outside the door.
 
BURGLARY, RESIDENTIAL, NON- FORCED ENTRY – 130TH PL NE
Suspect gained entry through an unlocked window, set off  alarm and left without  taking  anything.
 
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED – NE 195TH/WOODINVILLE-SNOHOMISH ROAD
The  driver  was stopped for  using  her cell phone while driving. The driver stated  that  she  had a previous DUI and was driving with a suspended license.
 
ROBBERY, CHAIN STORE – 140TH AVE NE
Deputies responded to a disturbance call. When they arrived, they were told by bystanders that an unknown male was being chased and was  last seen running behind the McDonalds parking lot. A Woodinville Deputy quickly located the situation. Further investigation revealed that a male had stolen the tip jar from a business and when the workers confronted the suspect he punched one of the men in the neck. The suspect a 38-year-old Woodinville man was arrested and booked into the King County Jail.
 
BURGLARY, COMMERCIAL, ATTEMPT – WOODINVILLE DUVAL ROAD
A Sergeant was on routine patrol at approximately 3:30 a.m. when he saw a small pick-up truck pulled in front of  the front glass doors facing east. The Sergeant knew the business was closed and slowed to get a better look. He saw a male running from what looked like broken glass doors and get into the pick-up. A second male got into the passenger side. The Sergeant confirmed that the front doors of the business had been broken out and then attempted to stop the truck. The Sergeant was in a fully marked patrol car and his emergency lights and siren were on. The truck failed to stop and a pursuit followed. At one point, a Woodinville deputy could conduct a Pursuit Immobilization Technique on the suspects truck ultimately disabling the truck. The two suspects were then taken into custody without incident. One of the suspects was wearing a ski mask around his neck, had on mechanic gloves, with latex gloves underneath. A third male was able to escape on foot. The truck was recovered and was an unreported stolen vehicle out of Everett. One of the suspects had outstanding warrants and was featured on Washington’s Most Wanted an Everett ATM burglary. Both suspects were booked into the King County Jail.
