Klepto-vegia

Eschewing one of the lesser known commandments of “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s vegetation,” a plant pirate made a getaway with the greenery from an unsecured patio in the 17200 block of 127th Place NE.  The green-thumbed thief left Cisco and all of his fans wondering how low someone could go.

.

If The Third Time’s a Charm…

… the fourth time must be kismet.  Woodinville officers responded to an accident near NE  200th Street and placed one of the drivers into custody for investigation of DUI.  Incredibly, this was the arrested person’s fourth arrest for DUI.  Let’s hope this motoring maniac never gets a chance to try for number five.

Postal Fail

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds, unless they come face to face with the postal equivalent of the headless horseman: a post missing its mailbox. Such was the case in the 18300 block of 146th Avenue NE, where the victim reported that unknown suspect(s) had removed her mailbox from the post in front of her residence.

Equal Opportunity Thievery

A burglar discovered a manly-looking shop vacuum that struck his fancy in an unsecured garage in the 20300 block of 156th Avenue NE.  With that booty secured, he spied something that might appeal to the little lady back home and selected some china as well.  It appears that his shopping list was fulfilled at this point, as he went on his way with no apparent entry made into the house.
