Unknown suspect(s) unlocked victim’s gym locker and removed credit cards out of his wallet, placing the wallet back into the clothing and re-locking the locker.

Police Beat - 2/29/16

ASSAULT, AGGRAVATED — 142 AV NE
Officers responded to an assault call where the reporting person appeared intoxicated and advised he had been cut several times in his abdomen by two unknown suspects using a box cutter. The investigation revealed that the reporting person made a false report and he was placed under arrest. As officers escorted the reporting person to the patrol car he began to resist and he used his head to strike the officer in the face resulting in pain and injury. The subject was processed and transported to King County Jail.  
 
LARCENY — GARDEN WY NE
Loss prevention detained a male suspect for theft after he had exited the store without paying for merchandise. The suspect was found to have three outstanding warrants out of Seattle Municipal Court. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to King County Jail. Theft charges are pending.
 
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES — NE 181 ST
Homeowner reported her dogs had been released from the back yard and a lock on her side gate had been removed by unknown suspect(s). The investigation revealed that a shed may have been entered and items thrown around with no loss reported.   
 
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED — VARIOUS LOCATIONS
Officers arrested two separate subjects during the week for operating motor vehicles while their driver’s licenses were suspended/revoked. Both subjects were issued citations for the license violations and released.
 
LARCENY — 144 AV NE
Unknown suspect(s) smashed the right rear window on a company van and removed numerous tools from inside.
 
LARCENY — 146 AV NE
Unknown suspect(s) stole tools from a tent in victim’s backyard and a paint sprayer from a storage shed.

STALKING/HARASSMENT — WOODINVILLE-REDMOND RD NE
Officers investigated the report of a stalking/harassment incident.
 
VIOLATION OF COURT ORDERS — 166 AV NE
Officers investigated a reported court order violation (misdemeanor).
 
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES — 140 AV NE
Suspicious white powder was found on a Metro bus seat. Emergency personnel responded along with King County bomb squad. A safety corridor was established for public safety. The investigation revealed that the substance was non-threatening and the area was reopened.
 
LARCENY — NE 175 ST
Unknown suspect(s) broke out the passenger side front window on victim’s vehicle and removed a purse from inside.      
 
LARCENY — GARDEN WY NE
Store employee reported an unknown white male, 5’10”, 170 lbs, wearing a black beanie, blue jeans, with a red beard cut the security cord off a smartphone and ran out of the store with the phone, causing the alarm to go off. Store surveillance cameras will be reviewed.
 
TRESPASS — NE WOODINVILLE-DUVALL RD
Officers issued a no-trespass warning to a male subject at management request.
 
VANDALISM — NE 175 ST
Reporting person advised unknown suspect(s) broke a window on a vacant office.
 
LIQUOR/TOBACCO VIOLATIONS — SAMMAMISH RIVER TRAIL
Officers on a routine park check found subjects drinking alcohol beverages. A citation was issued to one subject for consuming alcohol/possession open container and advised the second subject that he would be receiving a summons in the mail for a minor in possession.
 
VANDALISM — 133 AV NE
A citizen reported seeing a white male suspect kick a parked vehicle and walk away from the scene. Officers located the subject who appeared to be intoxicated. Positive identification was made and the suspect was placed under arrest. Attempts were made to locate the registered owner of the victim vehicle. The suspect’s identity was confirmed and he was released. The owner of the victim vehicle was later located and charges will be filed.
 
LARCENY — WOODINVILLE-SNOHOMISH RD
Unknown suspect(s) broke out the left rear passenger window on victim’s vehicle and removed clothing from inside.

Officers responded to a domestic violence assault call where one subject was arrested.
