EvergreenHealth recently welcomed Dr. Subathra Selvaraj to its primary care clinic in Woodinville, where she joins a team of expert providers connected to EvergreenHealth’s network of services and specialists, who collaborate to serve patients with a broad range of health needs.
In her role as a board-certified primary care provider, Dr. Selvaraj brings experience in chronic disease management, reproductive health, skin biopsies, laceration repair and more.
Dr. Selvaraj attended Madurai Medical College in Madurai, India, and is fluent in both English and Tamil. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford and spent three years at The Everett Clinic as a family medicine physician before joining EvergreenHealth.
Dr. Selvaraj quotes Illinois physician and social activist Patch Adams in describing her philosophy of care: "When you treat a disease, you fail. When you treat a person, you succeed no matter what."
