STALKING/HARASSMENT, 136TH AVE NE
Two students who were friends had a falling out and proceeded to harass each other by sabotaging each other’s lunches/lunch areas with known high allergy contents.  Counseled and documented.
 
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, GARDEN WAY NE
Deputies responded to a DV call in parking lot.  Upon contact both parties denied it being physical, reporting parties had left scene.  Scene documented.
 
CRIMINAL WARRANT,
GARDEN WAY NE
After responding to a DV, female was found to have Kirkland DUI warrant.  Arrested and transported.
 
PROPERTY FOUND, 15600 BLK NE WOODINVILLE-DUVALL RD
Found iPhone turned over to police. 
 
SEX OFFENSE, 133 AVE NE
Repeated inappropriate touching during a massage.
 
PROPERTY RECOVERED,
NE 178TH PL
Respond to an agency assist to Redmond PD, scissor lift recovered behind business.
 
FRAUD, 14OTH AVE NE
Male suspect with previous bank fraud cases attempted to open bank account but had been flagged by bank.  Upon investigation, he was using a deceased person’s social security number.  Trespass warning issued.
 
ASSAULT, AGGRAVATED,
142ND AVE NE
Male chokes and slammed female’s head on ground during a DV.  Female reported incident three hours later while extremely intoxicated.  Refused to go to hospital upon the advice of aid. 
 
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED,
WOODINVILLE-REDMOND RD NE
Male cited for driving while license suspended after being stopped for cell phone violation.
 
TRESPASS, 126TH AVE NE
Adult male attempted to break into his mother’s residence, Known drug abuser who wanted to commit suicide by cop.  Was transported to by AMR for mental health evaluation and trespass warning issued for mother’s home.
 
DISORDERLY CONDUCT,
136TH AVE NE
Occurred at high school.  No narrative given.
 
HIT & RUN, UNOCCUPIED,
156TH AVE NE
Vehicle found on sidewalk smashed into a tree.  (Possible stolen – unable to contact registered owner)
 
VEHICLE RECOVERY, NE MILL PL
Male arrested  for possession of stolen vehicle after being taken from Bothell.
 
ASSAULT, SIMPLE, NE 175TH ST
DV witnessed in restaurant parking lot by passersby. Victim (wife) failed to cooperate.  Suspect booked Assault 4.
 
DUI, SNOHOMISH CO
Male arrested for DUI and driving while license suspended after being stopped while avoiding head on collision with deputies patrol vehicle.
