Male and female seen at business acting suspiciously, left store before police arrived.  Contacted on street to find they had stolen items
from adjoining business.

Female sent to detox after blowing .300 in PBT and demanding her car keys in public parking lot.

Involuntary commitment of woman displaying loud and combative behavior at hotel after she had sent several suicide threat texts to her boyfriend.
