Woodinville Police Beat March 20-March 25

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

7200 BLOCK OF 135 AVE NE: On March 20, at approximately 1:37 p.m., deputies were called to take a burglary report at a business. Someone forcibly entered a business office during the night and stole a laptop.

LARCENY #1 

17600 BLOCK OF GARDEN WAY NE: On March 20 at around 1:15 p.m., deputies were sent to a local business that had a shoplifter detained. The teenager attempted to steal alcohol and other items. The subject was released to parents and cited into juvenile court. 

LARCENY#2 

13300 BLOCK OF VILLAGE SQUARE DRIVE: On March 21 at around 2:27 p.m., deputies were called to take a report of a theft. Someone broke into a storage unit and stole items.

LARCENY#3

17600 BLOCK OF GARDEN WAY NE: On March 21 at approximately 6:22 p.m., deputies were called to a business for a disturbance. Deputies arrived to find a subject struggling with a store employee. Deputies determined that the subject was shoplifting and attempting to get away from store security. The subject was cited and released.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

19400 BLOCK OF 144 AVE NE: On March 23 at approximately 3:20 a.m., deputies responded to a business alarm. There they found that someone had forced open a door to the business. It is unknown if any items were taken at this time.

LARCENY#4

19100 BLOCK OF 148 AVE NE: On March 23 at around 1:44 p.m. deputies were called to take a larceny report where a family member was accessing a debit account without permission.

GAS STATION ROBBERY

13000 BLOCK OF NE 175 STREET: On March 24 at approximately 12:58 a.m., deputies responded to an armed robbery call at a local gas station. The clerk said that a male entered wearing a ski mask and demanded money. The subject displayed a firearm during the event. After getting money from the clerk, the subject ran from the store southbound. A K-9 track followed the scent south to a nearby park, where the track disappeared. The case is under investigation. 

TRESPASS #1

18600 BLOCK OF 142 AVE NE: On March 24 at around 1:24 p.m., deputies were called to the location to contact a person living in a wooded area. They found that the person who was living under a tarp there had been evicted from a nearby apartment complex last year. The property manager asked that the subject be trespassed from their property.

TRESPASS #2

18200 BLOCK OF 142 AVE NE: On March 25 at approximately 11:07 a.m., deputies were called to remove a transient from an apartment building. The subject was contacted, identified, and trespassed from the property.
