Woodinville Police Beat April 17-23

MENTAL COMPLAINT 

12400 BLOCK OF NE 155 PLACE, WOODINVILLE: On April 17, at around 8:33 p.m., deputies were called to a residence for a subject threatening suicide. The person was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 

17500 BLOCK OF 132 AVE NE: On April 17, at approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies responded to an alarm at a business and found the front door broken out. Unknown what is missing at this time.

VEHICLE PROWL 

17600 BLOCK OF 128 PLACE NE: On April 18 at approximately 1:47 hours p.m., deputies were called to investigate a vehicle prowl. The window of a parked van was broken out. Unknown what is missing at this time.

VEHICLE PROWL # 2

14000 BLOCK OF NE 181 PLACE: On April 19 at around 12:45 p.m., deputies were called to an apartment parking lot of several subjects trying to open car doors. Subjects fled before the police arrived.

LARCENY #1

17600 BLOCK OF GARDEN WAY NE: On April 19, at about 8:40 p.m., deputies were driving near a business and saw store staff struggling with a male. Deputies contacted the group and found that the male was trying to steal alcohol from the store. The subject told deputies that he was a transient from Seattle and only came to Woodinville to steal alcohol. The subject was cited and released.

 

LARCENY #2

14000 BLOCK OF NE 181 PLACE: On April 19, at approximately 1:49 hours, deputies were called to take a report of a bicycle stolen from the owner’s ground-level porch.

ATTEMPT TO ELUDE

15700 BLOCK OF 124 AVE NE: On April 21, at around 3:11 p.m., deputies responded after a broadcast of a stolen vehicle driving around the area. Deputies located the occupied stolen vehicle and attempted to get it to stop, without success. Suspects are unknown.

MENTAL COMPLAINT #2 

19500 BLOCK OF 136 AVE NE: On April 21, at around 3:55 p.m., deputies were called to contact a young male that was texting others that he was having emotional issues. Deputies met with family members at the scene, who said they would care for him.

FRAUD

17900 BLOCK OF 146 AVE NE: On April 23, at approximately 12:30 p.m., deputies took a report of online fraud. The victim was defrauded of monies while trying to sell furniture to an online buyer.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY #2

17200 BLOCK OF 135 AVE NE: On April 23, at approximately 12:37 p.m., deputies were called to take a report of commercial burglary. A review of the video shows a young male discovering a key box near the main office unlocked. The subject was able to remove a master key from the key box to enter the building and steal a vacuum and a laptop computer.
