Woodinville Police Beat April 24-29

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED

13500 BLOCK OF NE 175 STREET: On April 24, at approximately 8:39 p.m., deputies contacted the driver of a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was subsequently cited for driving with a suspended license.

LARCENY #1

14000 BLOCK OF NE WOODINVILLE-DUVALL ROAD: On April 25, at approximately 2:45 p.m., deputies were called to a business for a couple of subjects stealing alcohol. The suspects had driven away before deputies arrived. The suspect vehicle was found shortly thereafter driving nearby. Two people from the vehicle were arrested and the property recovered. 

WELFARE CHECK

13300 BLOCK OF NE 171 STREET: On April 26, at around 2:56 p.m., deputies were called to check the welfare of a female teenager. Her mother had reported that the teenager tried to overdose on prescription medication. The teenager said that the previous night she took some of her mother's prescription pills along with her pet's deworming medication to get high. The teenager said she immediately made herself vomit and then went to bed. The teenager said she was not trying to harm herself and was not taken to the hospital.

GRAFFITI VANDALISM 

15200 BLOCK OF 124 AVE NE: On April 27, at approximately 1:16 p.m., deputies were called to take a vandalism report. During the night, someone had spray-painted graffiti on several signs in the area.

LARCENY #2

14000 BLOCK OF NE 190 STREET: On APRIL 27, at approximately 1:18 p.m., deputies were called to take a report of several vehicles broken into at a business.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

17100 BLOCK OF 133 AVE NE: On April 28, at around 1:20 a.m., deputies were called to a disturbance. The victim said that she was awakened by a loud pounding on her front door. Deputies arrived and did not find anyone outside the apartment. The victim feels that she is being harassed by her ex-husband or his associates.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

18600 BLOCK OF WOODINVILLE-SNOHOMISH ROAD: On April 29, at around 1:17 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle for a speed violation. Deputies found that the driver had a suspended driving status. The driver was cited in the investigation.

MAIL THEFT

13400 BLOCK OF NE 193 PLACE: On April 29, at around 11:15 a.m., deputies were called to take a report where a secure mailbox was forcibly opened and mail was stolen.

PHYSICAL ASSAULT

18100 BLOCK OF 142 AVE NE: On APRIL 29, at approximately 1:53 p.m., deputies were called to a reported assault. Deputies contacted the victim who said that her ex-boyfriend assaulted her. The suspect was gone before deputies arrived and he was charged in the investigation.
