Jumpin’ Jack Flash

A Jack Daniels fan with larceny on his mind made a quick dash out the emergency exit of a store in the 14000 block of NE Woodinville Duvall Road carting a case of his beloved beverage.  Alarm bells rang, but our hooch hauler hightailed it out of there in a clean getaway.

I’d Like to Report a Bad Drug Transaction

Police were called to the report of a disturbance in the 17100 block 131st Avenue NE and found a female who reported someone had stolen her money. Police found a cell phone belonging to the female which had recent text messages of drug transactions, which probably went a long way in explaining how that money was lost. There were no intelligence awards handed out to this gal on this day.

Lavatory Lounge Lizard

A man took the notion of a “rest” room quite literally, as he was found sleeping inside the potty at a park in the 17300 block of 131st Avenue NE.  This wasn’t the first time this fellow was caught lounging in the latrine, so police cited him for trespassing and sent him packing to his own litter box.

Passing the (Bad) Buck

A cunning counterfeiter passed a fake 20-dollar bill at a store in the 17600 block of Garden Way NE.  The bad bill buccaneer got away this time, but retailers are now on high alert for phony funds.
