Luke Houser ran a race for the ages at the Shoreline Invitational on Saturday April 28. He set a PR, and broke the WHS school record, with a time of 9:02.48. His dad, volunteer coach Chris Houser, timed his splits, and Luke ran his final lap in an even 60 seconds.
The previous school record of 9:03.1 was set by John Quade in 1985.
