CARNATION–The Sno-Valley Senior Center has received federal funding through CDBG to do an extensive remodel on the center, including retro-fitting sprinklers and filling in the soaring hall with program rooms upstairs.
As a result, the center will be needing to relocate for the fall and anticipates moving in the last few weeks of August, just down the road to a local camp. The center expects to be at that camp location for 4-6 months.
Staff are working to get all of the phone numbers and connectivity transferred, and program coordinator, Kate Miller, has been busy coordinating with various programs for the move. Visit snovalleysenior.org for more information.
