Duvall Fitness, previously Thrive, which was formerly Duvall Fitness, has moved.

Their spacious new location is nestled between the Twin Dragon Restaurant and Sahara Pizza at 15321 NE Main Street, Suite #202 in Duvall.

The first day of operation in the new location was April 9th. The grand opening is scheduled for May 4th, 5th and 6th. There will be lots of fun for the entire family and lots of great giveaways.

Jeff Wolf, the owner of Duvall Fitness, was previously one of the owners of Thrive.  Jeff and his wife Michelle are long-time residents of Duvall and have raised their family here.  They are excited about the “new” Duvall Fitness and are committed to serving the community and their members, in supporting their fitness goals.

Jeff and Michelle have always been and continue to be very involved in the Duvall community.  Jeff has been on the planning commission and was a council member. As  owners of Duvall Fitness Jeff and Michelle support Acres of Diamonds, REF, Friends of the Library, Duvall 5K Run, Duvall Days and Move a Mountain in Duvall to name a few. They are also very active in their local church, the Redemption Church.

The new location for Duvall Fitness is over 9,200 square feet, almost doubling the old space which was 5,600 square feet. The new location has full locker rooms, showers and a classroom for group fitness classes which include zumba, turbo kick and yoga.

The classroom for fitness classes is amazing. It is beautiful and spacious, and has a panoramic view of the valley and an entire wall of mirrors. The new location also has an expanded and brightly colored kids’ room, with its very own restroom.

The art work for the kids’ room was designed by local illustrator Amber Piel (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

There is also abundant parking available in the front and in the back of the building. The views from the new fitness center are incredible and much more private. Another advantage for the new location, the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and McCormick Park, are both right next door.

Even though the size of Duvall Fitness has dramatically increased, along with the new services, the membership fees remain the same. Membership is $25 monthly for the 1st family member, $20 monthly for the 2nd family member and $15 monthly for the 3rd family member. Classes are an additional $10 a month which includes all of the classes available. There are no annual contracts and no annual fees.

Jeff wants people to feel that Duvall Fitness is their community fitness center.  In other words, you don’t need to be buff or a member of the young and restless to get in a good workout.

They strive to be a family- friendly community fitness center, and welcome clients of all shapes and sizes to join and become fit. They want members to work out and get healthy during the week so they can be fit and play hard on their weekends.

Residents are welcome to stop by and check out Duvall Fitness. You can sign up on- line at Duvallfitness.com.
