Celebrate Earth Day Saturday, April 3, with a concert by Dana Lyons (www.cowswithguns.com) featuring his new CD release "Three Legged Coyote." The concert takes place at the Sammamish Valley Grange, 14654 148th Avenue NE, Woodinville, from 8-10 p.m.

Sammamish Valley 4-H Club will serve refreshments as a fundraiser, and Lady Selah Sujuris will introduce the Moonwaters Garden. Ticket prices: family - $25; adults - $10; seniors and students - $8, Children 5 and under are free.

Bringing together a mix of comedy, ballads and love songs, Lyons’s sharp wit and beautiful voice enchants audiences of all ages.

Two of his songs have been made into award-winning illustrated books: "Cows With Guns," published by Penguin (winner of the Bullitzer Prize), and "The Tree," published by Illumination Arts.

"The Tree" was endorsed by Dr. Jane Goodall, has forwards by Pete Seeger and Julia Butterfly Hill and has won numerous awards.
