SummerStage 2011 at McCormick Park

Set in Duvall’s scenic riverside McCormick Park, the SummerStage concert series offers free evening of family entertainment with an eclectic array of outstanding performances on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Concert-goers are invited to bring blankets, chairs and picnic food with them. Then dance the summer evening away or just sit and relax and enjoy the music.

Line up:

• July 27 — Perennial favorites Handful of Luvin’ will return to the park this summer. Their energetic blend of folk and rock gets the crowd moving every time.

• August 3 — Adrian Xavier will entertain with a special blend of dynamic and original reggae tunes. His music crosses social and cultural barriers. Infusions of folk, soul and jazz combine for an evening of eclectic musical delights.

• August 10 — Lee Oskar & Friends is a modern day consummate harmonica virtuoso who has been performing for over 40 years. His musical versatility encompasses blues/jazz, funk, Latin and rock.
