Molbak’s SHARE YOUR HARVEST benefits Hopelink

  • Written by Woodinville Weekly Staff

Molbak’s kicks off their "Share Your Harvest" community service program on Saturday, August 6th from 9am-6pm, and again each Saturday through September! Over the past two summers Molbak’s has responded to Hopelink’s need for fresh food with donations from customers and employees. More than 2,200 pounds of just-picked produce was harvested for the hungry and delivered through Hopelink’s food banks in Shoreline, Bellevue, Carnation, Kirkland, Woodinville and Redmond.

"Fresh fruits and vegetables are an incredibly important part of what we offer at Hopelink. Without donations of fresh produce we are only able to offer the very basic food staples. It is ideal when we are able to offer a variety with donated produce," Glen Miller, Hopelink communications manager said.

Hopelink offers an integrated array of programs that enable families in crisis to make progress toward self-sufficiency. Learn more about Hopelink at:
